Spa Concierge
We are looking for a reliable spa concierge. You will be the first to meet our customers, so the first impression of our spa depends on your friendliness and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a smart and trustworthy individual able to provide customers with a warm greeting and handle all incoming requests. The goal is to contribute to an overall impeccable seamless customer experience to increase our reputation and ensure sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Open or close the spa depending on your shift schedule.
- Check-in each guest for their service and help them check-out after their service has finished.
- Guide all guests to the changing area, and relaxation area, and serve complimentary.
- Clean up and sanitize the area after each guest have utilized for next guests.
- Answer phone calls with a big smile and reply all inquiries via email and social media platform.
- Help guests to choose the right service and schedule reservations.
- Create personalized experience such as birthday, anniversaries, etc.
- Confirm appointments and help prepare therapist for service day.
- Provide amenities to guests when needed.
- Small tasks may be given to ensure to create a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to work weekends.
