Responsibilities:

- Perform consultations with clients to assess their skincare concerns and goals.
- Administer a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and microneedling.
- Conduct laser hair removal, laser skin rejuvenation, laser tattoo removal, and other laser-based procedures using state-of-the-art equipment.
- Ensure client safety and satisfaction by adhering to proper protocols and standards of care.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
- Educate clients on skincare products and post-treatment care regimens.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive skincare solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest skincare trends, technologies, and industry developments.
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment rooms and equipment.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of skincare products and supplies.
Requirements:

- Certified/licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician.
- Proven experience in administering a variety of skincare treatments and laser procedures.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skincare ingredients, and skin conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to customize treatments based on individual client needs and concerns.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to continuously learn and expand skill set.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining client records.
- Prior experience in a medical spa setting is preferred.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
