JOB DESCRIPTION
Silver Mirror is actively looking for creative, energetic, and talented estheticians to perform high-quality, customized facials at our locations. With Silver Mirror, you are joining a dynamic work environment with long-term growth potential and strong earnings opportunities.
As an esthetician, your job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Analyze, consult and perform high-quality facials in a professional setting
- Maintain a neat and sanitized station
- Create an excellent and unforgettable experience for our clients
- Build new guest relationships and focus on retention of clients
- Meet and/or exceed service and retail objectives
- Execute services to Silver Mirror standards
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Valid and current NY State Esthetician license
- Deep and thorough understanding of skin, skincare and products
- Consistently deliver remarkable customer service
- Able to utilize new techniques and ideas
- Able to meet with performance goals and sales requirements
- Schedule flexibility required including nights and weekends
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
SHIFTS
We are looking to fill weekday shifts and weekend shifts. All Estheticians are required to work one weekend day.
