Duties
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments depending on licensure including facials, skin analysis, microneedling, and esthetic laser treatments.
- Provide personalized skincare consultations and recommend appropriate products and services based on individual client needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment and tools are sanitized according to industry standards.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients about skincare products and their benefits.
- Assist in retail sales by promoting products that complement the services provided.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide clients with the best options available.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a welcoming and professional environment for clients.
- Maintain accurate client records using salon software for tracking treatment history and preferences.
Requirements
- Valid aesthetician license as required by state regulations.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques.
- Experience or skills in facial massage is a plus.
- Familiarity with salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client information.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
- Ability to perform product demos effectively to engage clients.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
