We are seeking a skilled Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional service to clients in a professional setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, peels, and microdermabrasion
- Conduct hair removal treatments including waxing and threading
- Provide makeup applications for special events or daily wear
- Offer advice on skincare routines and products tailored to individual client needs
- Utilize esthetic laser treatments for hair removal or skin rejuvenation
- Perform deep tissue massages for relaxation and muscle tension relief
- Manage social media platforms to promote services and engage with clients
- Handle retail sales of skincare products and cosmetics
- Coordinate appointments and manage client bookings using MINDBODY software
- Collaborate with the med spa team to deliver comprehensive beauty services
- Assist with front desk duties when needed
Experience
Required:
- Proficiency in straight razor techniques for shaving services
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Experience in esthetic laser treatments for various skin conditions
Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge of social media management for business promotion
- Familiarity with MINDBODY software for scheduling and client management
- Ability to perform deep tissue massages for relaxation and pain relief
- Previous experience in retail sales of skincare products or cosmetics
- Makeup application skills for enhancing natural beauty
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
