Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations to understand and address clients’ skincare needs.
- Evaluate skin conditions and recommend the best treatments and products.
- Educate clients on the importance of consistent treatments and daily skincare routines.
- Stay informed about new Hi, skin services and products to enhance client care.
- Forge lasting, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and caring experience.
- Ensure punctuality and maintain the studio’s standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Grow a loyal recurring client base and achieve monthly studio and personal revenue goals.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certified District of Columbia Master Esthetician License.
- Required experience in dermaplaning.
- Proven experience in a spa or studio setting, demonstrating a history of customer satisfaction and care.
