Job Title: Nurse InjectorJob
Overview:The Nurse Injector provides cosmetic treatments to clients by administering injectables, including neurotoxins (e.g., Botox) and dermal fillers (e.g., Juvederm, Restylane), as well as performing other non-surgical aesthetic procedures. The nurse is responsible for assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and ensuring safe and effective delivery of procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation:
-Conduct initial consultations to assess patient’s aesthetic goals.
-Educate clients on available cosmetic procedures, risks, benefits, and expected outcomes.
-Develop individualized treatment plans based on client’s desires and medical history.
2. Administration of Injectables:
-Perform injections of neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
-Ensure accurate placement of injectables to achieve desired results.
-Monitor clients during and after the procedure for any adverse reactions or complications.
3. Pre- and Post-Procedure Care:
-Provide clients with pre-procedure instructions to optimize results.
-Advise on post-treatment care, such as managing bruising, swelling, or discomfort.
-Schedule follow-up appointments and track treatment progress.
4. Record Keeping:
-Maintain detailed and accurate medical records, including treatment plans and results.
-Document client consent, procedures performed, and any complications.
5. Compliance & Safety:
-Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols.
-Stay updated on the latest techniques, products, and equipment.
-Comply with medical regulations and state licensure requirements.
6. Professional Development:
-Stay current with continuing education and certifications in aesthetics and injectables.
-Attend industry-related seminars, workshops, and training sessions.
Skills & Qualifications:
-Active RN or NP licensure (requirements vary by state).
-Certification in injectables (Botox, dermal fillers) required
-Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetics.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
-Attention to detail and precision in administering treatments.
-Compassionate and customer-service focused.
Work Environment:Typically works in med spas, dermatology clinics, plastic surgery offices, or aesthetic practices.May work part-time or full-time, with varying hours based on client demand.
