Job Responsibilities:
- Perform cosmetic injections such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments.
- Conduct consultations to assess patient needs and determine the most appropriate injectable treatments for achieving desired outcomes.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and medical history, ensuring a tailored approach for each client.
- Follow all protocols to ensure patient safety, including adhering to proper hygiene and sterilization practices.
- Document treatment plans, procedures, and follow-ups accurately in patient medical records.
- Offer post-treatment advice and care instructions, answering any questions related to recovery or future appointments.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest aesthetic technologies, products, and techniques through continued education and professional development.
- Develop strong relationships with patients by delivering high-quality service and maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Recommend additional treatments or skincare products to enhance patient results and maintain long-term skincare goals.
- Accountable for advocating and supporting a positive culture and work environment.
- Effective communication skills that support overall team and company well-being.
- Working with leadership to advance projects and programs.
Qualifications:
- Valid Medical License
- Valid HIPPA and OSHA certifications
- Professional demeanor with a patient – centered approach
- Special skills/Certifications: Injectables, Lasers, IPL, Skin Tightening, Micro-needling, body contouring, etc.
- Experience with MedSpa Injectables and Laser services (3 years minimum)
- Passion for aesthetics
- Passionate about the spa industry
- Above-average product and technical knowledge such as skin analysis and treatment application
