Registered Aesthetic Injector (NP/PA -Nevada), Registered Aesthetic Injector (RN -California)
Aesthetic Injector at Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center will be responsible for providing advanced aesthetic treatments with a focus on achieving the highest levels of client satisfaction and safety. The provider plays a crucial role in the client journey by conducting thorough consultations, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and delivering exceptional results through a combination of skill, artistry, and scientific expertise. Commitment to safety, adherence to protocols, and educational approach to client care will be essential in ensuring optimal outcomes and maintaining the highest standards of excellence. An RN may also be called upon to do patient consultations as well. RN is to work under supervising NP, PA or Medical Director at all times.
Job Duties, Responsibilities and Capabilities:
- Perform consultations, physicals, lab review (where needed) and treatment plans with clients.
- Prepare patients and treatment rooms for exams, treatments, and procedures.
- Perform Patient consultations on BHRC Services and Products.
- Educate clients about the benefits, risks, and expected outcomes of various aesthetic treatments, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care..
- Offer personalized pre and post-treatment care instructions to clients, ensuring they understand how to prepare for their procedure and how to care for their skin afterward
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans that address clients' concerns and align with their aesthetic goals, incorporating a combination of injectable treatments and advanced techniques.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and industry best practices, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, infection control, and client safety throughout all procedures
- Observe record and report patient vitals, conditions, reactions, and treatments to practice, manager and/or physician.
- Perform Good Faith Examinations for all New Patients to clinic.
- Administer injections, perform treatments.
- Return patient phone messages, triage-incoming calls, pre-certify patients for treatments.
- Oversee preparation of treatment rooms which includes restocking medical supplies, educational materials and pharmaceutical supplies and samples.
- Maintain patient confidentiality, including HIPAA and practice specific compliance guidelines.
- Meet/exceed personal sales goals as set forth by the Client Services Manager.
- Attend and maintain training relevant to role, including practice management software, CPR, OSHA, CLIA and HIPAA.
- Participate in both in- and off-site marketing events.
- Perform other medical and office tasks as needed.

- Must be able to maintain federal requirements of a medical office, such as HIPAA, etc.

Office duties include, but not limited to answering phones, chart preparation, medica records filing, knowledge of basic office equipment, including copying, faxing, emailing, texting, scanning and basic computer skills. Ability to organize and communicate clearly.
Must be comfortable and at ease working in a fast-paced environment and have a track record of excellent customer service, problem solving and organizational skills and understanding of group process and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Registered Nurse with certification in aesthetic medicine or dermatology.
- Demonstrated proficiency in administering injectable treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other advanced injectables.
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, aesthetics, and the aging process, with the ability to perform comprehensive facial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, address their concerns, and educate them about treatment options.
- Commitment to safety, adherence to protocols, and attention to detail in all aspects of client care.
- Dedication to continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for staying at the forefront of aesthetic medicine to deliver exceptional results.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55.00 - $90.00 per hour
