Job Summary
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing the overall marketing strategy. This role will focus on driving brand awareness, client acquisition, engagement, and retention across all channels. You’ll lead a team of marketing professionals, oversee campaigns, and ensure all efforts align with our business goals and growth trajectory.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Marketing Team reports into the Head of Marketing.
Expected Outcomes:
· New site: achieve our new patient goals for the new site openings in 2025 & beyond
· Existing sites: in partnership with sales, achieve our # of patient visit goals
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop & execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Lead marketing campaigns from ideation to execution across digital, social media, email, events, PR, and more.
- Identify new market opportunities, competitive advantages, and customer segments.
- Revenue-Driven Marketing
- Build data-driven marketing plans that focus on customer acquisition, conversion, and long-term retention.
- Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to drive revenue, increase average transaction value, and improve customer lifetime value.
- Brand Development:
- Enhance and protect brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency and quality in messaging.
- Oversee website development, social media presence, and content strategy to build a strong online brand presence.
- Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Manage our agency partners and related PPC campaigns, SEO efforts, social media advertising, and other paid digital initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and ROI for all campaigns and channels to optimize marketing performance.
- Client Engagement & Retention:
- Design client engagement strategies to foster loyalty, enhance satisfaction, and drive repeat business.
- Develop and implement effective email marketing, loyalty programs, and CRM management to improve retention rates.
- Analyze customer feedback, satisfaction scores, and reviews to refine client communication and services.
- Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and product teams, to integrate marketing initiatives.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Set clear KPIs for marketing efforts and track progress using analytics tools.
· Provide regular performance reports to leadership, detailing campaign results, growth metrics, and marketing ROI.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Passion and/or deep curiosity for the medical aesthetics space & patient experience
- Proven hustle, desire-to-learn, get-hands-dirty, and work collaboratively to achieve results.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Education and Experience:
- Min of bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a senior operations or marketing role.

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
Travel Required:
Some travel to sites, meetings, and trainings will be required.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
