Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and CERTIFIED medical assistant. Previous experience in a Medical Spa, Dermatology office or Plastic Surgery office setting is a plus.
Job Requirements:
- The role requires a combination of administrative tasks and also assisting in procedures.
- Must possess a positive attitude, exhibiting excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail
- The individual must be a self-motivated, multi-tasker with impeccable time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Must be extremely driven and results oriented.
Qualifications:
● Minimum 1 year work experience as a medical assistant.
● High school diploma or equivalent required.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent phone and written skills along with product knowledge, associated within the industry
- Greeting patients and ensuring general office area is always presentable to clients.
- Charting on our Software which will be taught to you
- Checking clients in and out as needed
- Ensuring all appropriate consents are signed and completed.
- Observe, record, and report patient vitals, conditions, reactions, and past treatments to the medical provider
- Prepare patients for consultation, evaluation, and treatment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 24 – 36 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
