Aesthetic Sales Consultant for Medical Spa in Newport Beach, CA. : Hourly rate with bonuses translates to $59,000 to $89,000 annually but can be higher as bonuses are uncapped, 5 days a week, Full time, and must be willing to work Saturdays(off 1 Saturday per month). Schedule can rotate from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday or off Wednesdays and Sundays and working the other days. Must have flexibility with schedule. The main responsibility of this job is to drive sales by booking new leads, doing in-person and phone consultations, by upselling to existing patients through text, phone calls and in-person consultations and selling treatment packages. It's a fast paced and multi-tasking environment. It is for someone that can handle a large work load and work at a fast pace. Looking for someone organized, ambitious, and self driven. Must have prior experience in selling Aesthetics Procedures!!! Must be a great communicator. Looking for someone bubbly and is not afraid to talk and building rapport and good professional relationships with clients. Responsibilities:
- Hold consultations with patients and sign them up for treatments
- Manage Front Desk, Answer calls, Check patients in and out
- Upsell to existing patients through phone, text, in-person
- Text existing and new patients, book appointments
- Describe existing SCMS procedures and upsell on products and services
- Meet and exceed sales goals for the office
- Flip treatment rooms to support medical staff (when rarely needed)
- Perform routine administrative duties
- Help with Social Media
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales and aesthetics industry
- Knowledge of social media platform such as Instagram, Facebook etc.
- Superb customer service and sales skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proven sales track record in exceeding sales goals
- Team Player that can work independently
- Driven to make bonuses and help office reach monthly sales goals
