The Med Lounge is looking for an experienced Front Desk/ Sales Associate
who is dedicated, passionate, knowledgeable and skillful with an eye for aesthetics to join our team! This position will be split between our 2 locations in Ladera Ranch and Corona Del Mar.

Job Description:
As a Front Desk/Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your role will involve managing front desk operations and assisting with sales to ensure an exceptional experience for every client. You will work closely with our team to promote our services and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet and assist clients, handle phone calls, manage appointment scheduling, and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Sales Support: Promote and sell our range of aesthetic and regenerative medicine services, provide detailed information about treatments, and assist with client consultations.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Process transactions, manage client records, and perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or sales role in a medical or spa environment is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort with scheduling software, basic office equipment, and point-of-sale systems.
- Attitude: Positive, proactive, and adaptable with a strong desire to contribute to the success of the team.
