Job Description
We are looking for professionally licensed Astheticians who love helping people refresh and maintain their life with self-care practices and will be assigned shifts as a spa attendant, learning support operations and guest services.
You will train in our protocols and methods of guest service standards and have the opportunity to grow your client base and pick up shifts available within our esthetics department.
Spa Attendant/Concierge Duties Include:
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment
- Assist team with room turn over and cleaning between clients
- Offer steam & sauna guests cool towels, product samples, water, tea, towels.
- Give spa tours, orienting guest to where they can relax during their timeout.
- Maintain locker rooms, laundry and guest areas.
- Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients and co-workers
- Provide high-quality, personalized, Eminence Organic treatments
- Facilitate the treatment of skin care products including but not limited to: treatment masks, hydrating masks, microdermabrasion, high frequency, red light therapy, chemical peels, skin care creams, and serums
- Perform general administrative duties including but not limited to: scheduling appointments, checking guests in/out, phone/text correspondence, documenting client notes.
- Work closely with other members of the team to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Required skills:
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to use tech systems on business computers, i pads, and apps
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
