Aesthetic Spa Manager- Full Time
At V/O Med Spa, we are dedicated to enhancing the well-being and beauty of our clients through advanced medical spa treatments while providing our clients with concierge experience. We’re currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Med Spa Sales Manager to join our team and help clients achieve their aesthetic goals. The Ideal candidate is confident with high integrity, passionate about the aesthetics industry, has a proven sales record where he/she possesses strong negotiation and closing skills, has inventory control experience, upscale customer service, and training/developing team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring inbound and outbound lead management, sales consultations, and scheduling treatments.
- Drive clinic sales to achieve monthly targets based on KPIs by cross promotion of new services/treatments.
- Close sales by building strong rapport with potential client; explain product and service capabilities; overcome objections; discuss and prepare financing documents.
- Schedule in-clinic consultations and partner with the treatment providers to create an ideal and customized treatment plan for the clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current V/O clients, ensuring a smooth hand-off between consult and treatment.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors’ products to effectively communicate VIO’s unique value proposition.
- Demonstrate ethical sales practices and adhere to all company protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to time punches, scheduling, inventory, and reporting.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including days/evenings/weekends.
- Present information relayed from corporate office/upper management to staff efficiently.
- Demonstrates ability to balance coaching/mentoring with discipline.
- Leads associates in a professional manner to foster and promote a cooperative teamwork environment.
Qualifications
Aesthetic Spa Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred. High school diploma required.
- 2+ years of consultative sales and Sales Managerial experience.
- Proven success in a commission and/or target driven environment with expectations to achieve sales metrics.
- Proven ability to identify, retain, manage, and develop strong teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivation with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to manage a diverse group of associates and clientele.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Ability to explain financial lending guidelines with intermediate mathematical skills.
- High integrity with excellent time management
