We’re Hiring a Spa Concierge to Work the Front Desk at a Fast Growing MedSpa

Here at Potomac Medical Aesthetics we are looking for a spa concierge with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, has a great attention to detail, and loves working with people.
Dr. Petropoulos and his team offers results oriented services coupled with highly personalized care so that our patients can look and feel their best.
REQUIREMENTS
Among other things, your responsibilities will include:
- Checking clients in and out of their services
- Answering phones to book appointments and handle patient requests
- Preparing patient charts
The position requires:
- Impeccable written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Warm and professional appearance and demeanor

- Strong attention to detail and follow-through

The ideal candidate will be:

This is a full time position with 8:45AM - 5:00PM hours, Monday - Friday, 1/2 hour off for lunch break, 7.75 paid hours per day
