About the Role:
The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing sales and operations within their clinic location. They are responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Clinic Manager reports directly to the Clinic Director and both play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and maintaining a competitive position in the market.
Essential Job Functions:
● Execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
● Train, and manage a team of clinic coordinators and technicians. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to maximize individual and team sales performance. Set sales targets for your team members and track their progress.
● Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies that align with Semper’s goals and objectives.
● Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely manner. Train and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
● Ensure that the required safety procedures are being followed as defined by the Medical Director.
● Educate clients on Laser Hair Removal.
● Provide team commitment through conflict resolution, support, relationship building, and recognizing individual contributions.
● Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management.
● Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling, office supplies inventory, and reporting.
● Participate in company on-site events to market our services to the community.
● Maintain the utmost cleanliness and soothing ambiance of the premises.
● Work side-by-side with the Client Services, Sales and Operations to take smart risks and identify value adds for our guests.
● Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
● Associates/Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
● 5+ years experience as a sales manager or in a similar role.
● Laser Hair Removal/Spa sales background or an esthetic background.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Schedule:
● Required to work 4-5 week days and/or weekends necessary.
●45-50 hours a week and end of month attendance is mandatory.
● 4 Days a week in the clinic location.
● 1 Day a week in the field supporting events and driving leads.

The physical demands described here are representatives of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to sit or stand and work on a computer for prolonged periods; walk; use hands to grasp, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
- Out of State training may be required, cost covered by Semper.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
