RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Conduct consultations and perform general esthetician procedures, in addition Microneedling, and Chemical Peels. and customized facials: nice but not required: Laser Hair Removal and Waxing,
- Evaluate clients' skin conditions and suggest appropriate treatments and skincare regimens.
- Determine clients' suitability for laser hair removal based on skin type, hair color, and medical history.
- Monitor clients for adverse reactions during and after treatments, ensuring proper care and follow-up including client communications
- Educate clients on optimal skincare routines and at-home maintenance methods.
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment rooms and work areas.
- Stay informed on industry trends, techniques, and products through continuous education.
- Maintain accurate records of client consultations, treatments, and product recommendations.
- Manage time and appointments efficiently, ensuring precise scheduling.
- Collaborating with the creation of social media content
REQUIREMENTS:
- Medical Esthetician
- Certified Professional Laser Technician
- Knowledge of skincare products and their ingredients
- Outstanding customer service skills
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
- Base + Commission-based pay
- Bonuses
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
