Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Aesthetician/Laser Professional. The role involves performing various tasks related to laser hair removal and providing exceptional customer service. Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals. This position requires regular communication with team members, as well as with clients and management.
Responsibilities:
- Perform esthetic laser treatments on clients using advanced techniques and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns effectively.
- Utilize strong communication skills to educate clients on treatments and aftercare.
- Demonstrate proficiency in retail sales to recommend and sell appropriate products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following sanitation protocols diligently.
- Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the spa.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience with sales and CRM
- Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., Laser Technician, Medical Aesthetician)
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Ability to work 30-35 hours per week

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
