Milan Laser is the nation’s largest laser hair removal company, and as we continue our rapid expansion, we’re looking for a highly motivated Recruiter to support our fast-paced, high-volume hiring needs.
We recognize that not every talented professional is looking for a long-term commitment. During this exciting growth phase, we are open to temporary, contract-based, or 1099 recruiters who are interested in full-time (40-hour) schedules. Whether you’re looking for short-term employment, a bridge to your next opportunity, or a flexible contract role, we’d love to explore how you can contribute to our dynamic hiring team.
This role is based in West Omaha, NE, with occasional remote flexibility to accommodate life’s demands.
What You’ll Do:
- Own full-cycle recruiting – from sourcing to screening to guiding candidates and hiring managers through each stage of the process.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing techniques (direct outreach, job boards, social media, networking) to attract high-quality candidates nationwide.
- Consult hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection, ensuring alignment across our 390+ locations.
- Drive efficiency in hiring, proactively managing requisitions and staying ahead of market trends.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, customer service aptitude, and sales skills.
- Present structured, well-documented candidate summaries to hiring managers.
- Maintain strong relationships with business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and provide strategic talent insights.
- Utilize the ClearCompany ATS and other recruitment technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Promote a high-performance, collaborative recruiting culture that aligns with company goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous recruiting experience (3+ years preferred), particularly in high-volume environments.
- Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence decisions.
- Proven experience with sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing.
- High attention to detail, strong time management skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to evolving business needs.
