Position Summary:
The Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding process for new employees, from offer acceptance through their start date. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with new hires, managers, and various departments within the organization.
Location: Omaha, Nebraska - Onsite
Responsibilities:
Complete pre-employment screening including criminal background checks
Initiate new employee onboarding process and ensure completion of new hire documents
Ensure accurate HRIS data entry with critical attention to detail
Preserve high standards of confidentiality of all employee information
Complete I-9 forms and E-Verify processes
Create and finalize training schedules for new onboarding clinic employees
Prepare and send training materials
Maintain training schedule templates and refine based on business need
Partner with Travel team to ensure proper arrangements with new hires and any issues that arise during training
To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet all of the following requirements:
High school education or GED required
Associates Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or other related field preferred
Minimum of 1 year administrative experience in a fast-paced, highly detail-oriented role
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology & software
Ability to maintain an extremely high attention to detail & accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive material
Possess a self-starter mentality
Working HRIS knowledge, Paycom experience preferred
