We are a new medical spa seeking a highly motivated California licensed Esthetician with a positive attitude to join our team.
A full-time, part-time, or on-call position with competitive compensation, profit sharing, bonus, and benefits depending on experience.
Candidates should have prior medical aesthetic office experience (e.g., medical spa, dermatology). Successful candidates are team players that are goal-oriented, self-starting, and willing to go above and beyond.
They are well organized and thrive in a changing, fast-paced service environment.
The ideal candidate is comfortable and proactive with self-promotion to friends and clients via social media and word of mouth to build office reputation and clientele.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
An experienced Esthetician with knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare who will:
Perform thorough patient evaluations and provide education to customers,
Perform medical peels safely and appropriately
Achieve patient satisfaction and retention, and provide consistent patient follow-up care
Exceptional communication skills and education ability to help patients achieve the best skin care routines.
A strong desire to continuously learn from and collaborate with professional peers and healthcare providers.
Knowledgeable of all company practices and services.
Review patient’s treatment instructions and answer questions.
Check patients in and out.
maintaining a controlled COVID FREE office environment.
Lash extensions experience
Microblading experience is a plus
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule: 8-hour shift or part time, Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay, Commission pays
Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
License/Certification: Esthetician License (Required)
