Job Overview
We are a Medical Spa based in London and Beverly Hills, and offer premium medical aesthetics and skincare to our patients. We currently have a plastic surgeon who is seeing our patients, and would like to add a cosmetic nurse injector to offer our patients cosmetic injectable and skincare services.
The ideal candidate for this role is a licensed registered nurse (RN/PA/NP) with a knowledge and passion in facial aesthetics, Botox and Filler injections, skincare treatments, is goal-oriented, and thrives on providing exceptional customer service.
We have a team of doctors and cosmetic injectors across London and Los Angeles, and we will be training the right candidate in our lip filler and filler techniques. We do a lot of marketing too so the right candidate will have a lot of exposure across our social media platforms.
We're looking to add a nurse one or two days per week, therefore this is not a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cosmetic injectables including lip filler, facial fillers (jawline, chin, cheeks), neruotoxin injections (for cosmetic or functional purposes), PRP injections, Microneedling with a skinpen.
- Assess clients' skin condition and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Have a scientific knowledge and interest regarding the procedures and materials that you're undergoing, and be willing and excited to teach potentially interested clients.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products that align with clients' needs (commission on sales).
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facial aesthetics technology.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license in the state of California
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Prior experience in skincare, preferably in a professional salon or spa setting
- Knowledge of sanitation practices within the beauty industry is essential.
- Fun, bubbly personality is highly desirable.
- Willingness to create content and utilize social media (Instagram, Tiktok) is highly desirable.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
