Job Summary: We seek a Patient Relations Specialist to provide exceptional customer service, manage patient interactions, and support clinic operations to ensure a superior patient experience.
Responsibilities:
● Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional service.
● Manage patient check-ins, paperwork, and payments.
● Answer phone calls, emails, and voicemails; assist with inquiries about our services.
● Maintain accurate documentation and manage schedules.
● Promote current promotions and discounts.
● Assist with inventory, daily deposits, and clinic upkeep.
● Participate in business development and community events.
Qualifications:
● 1+ year of experience in hospitality or customer service (medical spa experience preferred).
● Excellent customer service skills.
● Availability to work two weekends/month and two holidays/year.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency with EMRs and basic computing.
