Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Leads Conversion Specialist to join our growing team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, nurturing relationships, and converting them into clients who either return for treatments or come in for consultations. Your ability to connect with prospects, address their concerns, and guide them through our service offerings will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Outreach: Contact and engage leads through phone calls, emails, and other channels to follow up on inquiries and convert them into booked consultations or treatments.
- Nurture Leads: Build strong, trusting relationships with leads by providing valuable information, addressing their needs and concerns, and guiding them through the decision-making process.
- Schedule Appointments: Efficiently schedule consultations, treatments, and follow-up appointments.
- CRM Management: Accurately update lead information in our CRM system and track communication history to ensure smooth follow-up and timely responses.
- Provide Information: Educate leads about the services we offer and explain the benefits and outcomes they can expect from our treatments.
- Achieve Conversion Goals: Meet and exceed lead conversion targets and KPIs to contribute to the growth of the business.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our customer service and medical staff to ensure a seamless transition from lead conversion to treatment or consultation.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead conversion, preferably in the healthcare or beauty industry (experience in a med spa setting is a plus).
- Strong Communication Skills with High Energy: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and persuasive phone presence.
- Empathy & Patience: Ability to listen to potential clients, understand their concerns, and provide personalized solutions.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting sales or conversion targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other software tools to manage leads and track progress.
- Self-Motivated & Independent: Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and stay motivated in a remote work environment.
- Passion for the Industry: An interest or passion for the beauty, wellness, or medical spa industry is a plus.
