Spa Concierge
We are looking for a reliable spa concierge. You will be the first to meet our customers, so the first impression of our spa depends on your friendliness and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a smart and trustworthy individual able to provide customers with a warm greeting and handle all incoming requests. The goal is to contribute to an overall impeccable seamless customer experience to increase our reputation and ensure sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

Open or close the spa depending on your shift schedule.
Check-in each guest for their service and help them check-out after their service has finished.
Guide all guests to the changing area, and relaxation area, and serve complimentary.
Clean up and sanitize the area after each guest have utilized for next guests.
Answer phone calls with a big smile and reply all inquiries via email and social media platform.
Help guests to choose the right service and schedule reservations.
Create personalized experience such as birthday, anniversaries, etc.
Confirm appointments and help prepare therapist for service day.
Provide amenities to guests when needed.
Small tasks may be given to ensure to create a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

Must be willing to work weekends.
