Position Title: Aesthetician
Department: Clinical/Aesthetics
Reports to: Owner / CEO
Compensation: The pay for our Aesthetician is Commission-based, with an expected annual range of $50,000–$70,000 depending on hours worked and performance.

Expectations of the Aesthetician Role:
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments at the highest standards.
- Build trust and strong relationships with patients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their concerns.
- Educate patients on available services, promotions, and skincare products tailored to their needs.
- Accurately document patient information and treatments after each session.
- Stay proactive in your professional development and communicate training needs.
Aesthetician Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years in aesthetics (preferred).
- Education: Graduate of an accredited aesthetics program with state licensure (Ohio).
- Skills: Strong communication, technical proficiency, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Ethic: A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
