Job Description
Summary/objective
Treat clients by using touch to manipulate the muscles and other soft tissues of the body to relieve pain, help heal injuries, improve circulation, relieve stress, increase relaxation, and aid in the general wellness of clients.

- Perform massage therapy services
- Gather complete and accurate information on new spa patrons using waivers and forms
- Keep comprehensive notes of services and treatments performed in a member folder
- Restock and dispense supplies and towels as needed
- Provide information about services and products to the best of your ability
- Consistently review and update knowledge of Spa services, products, and offerings
- Ensure that treatment rooms and work spaces are clean and neat at all times
- Follow all current sanitation standards for service implements
- Support and promote spa products and merchandise
Requirements:
Physical demands
- Must be able to stand, move, walk, and bend for the duration of a shift
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
- Must have ability and willingness to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Required competencies, education, and experience
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience working as a massage therapist preferred
- Hold a valid state Massage Therapy license
- Prior customer service experience highly desired
- Must be exceptionally customer service oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Must be customer service oriented, positive team player

- Assist with Service Day

- Deliver five-star service to members and guests with friendliness, direct eye contact, and a pleasant demeanor at all times
- Attend all required meetings and training sessions, including webinars
