Part-Time Front Desk Spa Receptionist
Bodylogic Spa (formerly Healing Oasis)is looking for a friendly, organized, and computer-savvy Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! You will be responsible for welcoming all guests into the spa area with a friendly smile and “Hello.” You will be answering phones, making reservations for services, and handling customer payment. You will be expected to answer questions and be knowledgeable of the spa menu, services, and products.
What We’re Looking For:
- Some experience in the spa or wellness industry is preferred.
- Comfortable interacting with guests, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
- Knowledgeable about massage, esthetic services, and product sales a plus.
- Strong communication skills and computer literacy.
- Flexibility to work 3-4 shifts per week, including some evenings and weekends.
Job Duties:
- Properly open and/or close spa as needed.
- Interact with guests in a pleasant, positive, and professional manner in person, over the phone, through email and by text messages.
- Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments.
- Ensure that check-in/out and payment process is handled properly.
- Maintain a Spa Desk Bank.
- Launder and fold sheets and towels as needed.
- Ensure adequate stock of supplies and equipment; inform management when stock is low.

Bodylogic Spa (formerly Healing Oasis) is a busy, local-focused and owned, massage and skin care facility that provides high quality, results driven services, programs and products in a relaxed and supportive environment. We are currently undergoing a renovation and rebranding.
We are located on the East End of Long Beach, close to the Loop Parkway, making commuting a breeze. The LIRR station is a ten minute walk to our spa as well.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
