Job Title: Laser Technician

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Laser Technician to join our growing medical spa team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing laser hair removal treatments and other advanced laser services in a professional, safe, and efficient manner. You will also be expected to educate clients on post-treatment care and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laser hair removal and other laser-based treatments following industry standards and safety protocols.
- Conduct consultations with clients, assessing their needs, and creating tailored treatment plans.
- Educate clients on pre-treatment and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results.
- Maintain equipment and treatment rooms in accordance with spa hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and techniques in laser treatments.
Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Laser Technician.
- Proven experience in performing laser treatments, preferably in a medical spa or aesthetic environment.
- Strong knowledge of skin types, laser safety, and treatment protocols.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
