Ageless Aesthetics in Orlando, FL, a thriving medical spa, is seeking a dedicated Front Office Patient Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital as it serves as the first point of contact for our clients, embodying the professionalism and warmth our brand stands for.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression of Ageless Aesthetics.
- Manage incoming calls and emails with the ability to provide clear, accurate information about our services and promotions.
- Follow up on leads diligently, converting inquiries into booked appointments through effective communication and persuasive skills.
- Maintain and update appointment schedules using our booking software.
- Provide administrative support including handling client records, data entry, and ensuring the front office area is organized and presentable.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to team meetings and events.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a medical spa, clinic, or similar setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office) and appointment booking systems.
