Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services.
- Utilize Salesforce software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Engage in medical spa discussions to understand customer needs.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer inquiries and objections.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to effectively communicate value propositions.
Skills
- Proficiency in EMR managing leads and tracking performance.
- Experience in calling leads and generating sales is a plus.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to understand medical spa sales concepts and market dynamics.
- Strong persuasive communication skills with an emphasis on achieving sales targets.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during calls.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.63 - $20.55 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
