Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, a 5-star full service and resort quality day spa franchise with over 450 locations, is looking to hire Spa Sales Lead to help lead our sales and front desk teams, boost membership and gift card sales, and eventually work towards leadership/management positions. We have wonderful teams at all my locations, who love what they do, love where they work, and show up every day excited about their jobs.
Our new Spa Sales Lead will be outgoing and positive individuals, who enjoy in-person sales, can multi-task very well, and who know how to manage schedules and clients. Our new team members will also love to greet and chat with customers, manage computer booking and point-of-sale system, Zenoti, can clearly advise clients on service options, and enjoy pitching in service upgrades, memberships and gift cards.

Compensation includes a generous hourly base rate + commissions for membership sales (INCLUDING commissions as high as $60 per membership sold!!), and a number of weekly and monthly bonuses for hitting gift card and membership sales goals, including a lucrative Christmas bonus. Front Desk employees also receive 50% OFF all services and retail products, special pricing for friends and family, a $1,500 New Employee Retention Bonus, and a variety of other perks. When you combine the membership and gift card commissions, the numerous sales incentives and bonuses, and the strong base hourly rate, the majority of our front desk team earns over $23.00 an hour! PLUS, other benefits include medical/dental coverage, 3 days of paid time off available after only 30 days, employee pay advances and loans, and a 401K retirement account for those interested in putting some money away.
Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed information about spa services and products to clients.
- Taking phone calls, suggesting services and booking appointments
- Making convincing sales pitches to clients for memberships, upgraded services and gift cards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
- Opening and closing the location on your own (being a Key Holder)
- Helping to manage the massage therapist and esthetician schedules
- Help managers to ensure all tasks are accomplished
- Paid training will be provided.
