Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Independent Sales Representative to promote and sell our UltraSculpt device to medical spas, dermatology clinics, and aesthetic practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical aesthetics sales, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales, and expanding market presence. Experience in selling aesthetic devices or related products is highly preferred.
Position Overview:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients, including but not limited to medi-spas, clinics, dermatology practices, and plastic surgery centers.
- Log potential clients on weekly basis, including any previous or planned
- meetings, calls, or visits with each client (and ensure they are not overlapping with other Company Sales Representatives)
- Utilize various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, etc.) to generate a steady stream of qualified leads.
2. Skilling and Training:
- Participate in ongoing training with the company to understand the technical concepts used to develop and operate the company’s medical/aesthetic devices
- Participate in the development/update of User and Operational Manuals as needed
- Participate in LeaderMed meetings as needed
3. Product Presentation and Demonstrations:
- Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of the aesthetic equipment.
- Customize demonstrations to highlight how the equipment aligns with the specific needs and goals of each client.
- Provide live (in-person or online) demonstration/training on the Lasker Ultrasonic Fat Reduction/Body Contouring Machine set up/shutdown, safety, operational use, patient preparation, screen navigation and purpose, contouring methods for each of the probes, lifecycle maintenance and filter replacement.
- Provide post training/demonstration/event and lessons learned reports 4. Consultative Sales Approach:
- Engage in consultative selling by understanding the client's business model, patient demographics, and existing equipment landscape.
- Collaborate with clients to recommend suitable equipment solutions that align with their business objectives and patient demands.
5. Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers, key stakeholders, and influencers within medspas and clinics.
- Establish trust and rapport to become a trusted advisor in the aesthetic equipment space.
- Travel to medspas and related medical/health clinics as needed
- Represent LeaderMed at Aesthetics trade shows as a medical practitioner and promote LeaderMed products in a professional manner
6. Negotiation and Closing:
- Develop and present tailored proposals and pricing packages based on client requirements and budget considerations.
- Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing (in accordance with Company acceptable margins), and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
7. Market Intelligence:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements in the aesthetic equipment field.
- Provide feedback to the company regarding market insights, customer needs, and potential product enhancements.
8. Sales Reporting and Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, interactions, and progress in a CRM system.
- Regularly update the sales pipeline and forecast revenue projections.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in medical aesthetics sales, with a strong understanding of the aesthetic industry and its key players.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a startup company environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with non-invasive aesthetic devices and treatments is highly desirable.
