Position Overview:
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be pivotal in managing leads from initial inquiry to booking appointments. This role requires familiarity with the medical spa aesthetics industry, a strong background in high-volume sales, and exceptional organizational skills. You will take a consultative approach to engage clients effectively and help them choose the right services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Build rapport with potential clients and understand their needs.
- Guide clients through the service offerings, addressing queries and providing informed recommendations.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to convert leads into booked appointments.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals and performance metrics.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences to enhance service offerings.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical spa or aesthetics industry.
