Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Prior Medspa, Plastics, or Dermatology office experience required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
- Assist with appointments, cancellations, and inquiries
- Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk area
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously
- Utilize computer systems to update guest information and reservations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, and document preparation
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Proficient in computer applications and software
- Excellent communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of calendar management and office procedures is beneficial
- Experience as a medspa receptionist or in an office setting is advantageous

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
