We are looking to add another Medical Aesthetician to our Brentwood Medical Spa practice.
The ideal candidate must be highly self-motivated and should be driven to self-promote and market themselves along with the practice, a strong book of business, and a proven track record in client recruitment and retention. This role demands a high level of expertise in providing medical-grade aesthetic treatments, with a strong emphasis on communication, problem-solving, time management, and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Care & Treatment: Provide a range of advanced medical aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to laser therapies, chemical peels, and other skin rejuvenation procedures.
- Client Recruitment & Retention: Actively recruit new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Consultation & Sales: Conduct thorough consultations, provide personalized treatment plans, and recommend products and services tailored to each client’s needs. Demonstrate strong sales ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage appointment schedules to optimize client flow and maximize treatment capacity.
- Problem-Solving: Address client concerns with professionalism and creativity, ensuring a positive experience and outcome for all clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and management to maintain a cohesive and supportive work environment.
- Compliance: Ensure all treatments are performed in accordance with company protocols and regulatory standards.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Medical Esthetician/Laser Technician.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and build rapport with clients.
- Proven problem-solving abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent time management skills, capable of handling a high-volume schedule efficiently.
- Demonstrated sales ability, with experience in upselling services and products.
- Self-starter with the initiative to drive client recruitment and retention independently.
- Established book of business, with a history of loyal clientele.
- Accountability and reliability in delivering results and meeting business objectives.
- Promote and sell skincare products and aesthetic services.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and social media engagement.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Proficient in using computer systems and office software.
- A positive and happy personality with a genuine interest in helping people.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take initiative.
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a supportive work environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Certification in laser technologies and advanced aesthetic procedures.
- Past Experience with CoolSculpting and EMSulpt NEO is required.
- Familiarity with medical-grade skincare products and treatments.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-end aesthetic clinic.

The position is 5 days/week with 1 Saturday/month. Compensation is base pay + commission based on the production of the Aesthetician + tips and requires a minimum of 5 years or more experience in a medical spa setting.

Pay: $37,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
