We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Job Overview:
As the Front Desk Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients, managing appointments, and providing administrative support to our team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys interacting with clients in a fast-paced, professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Respond to inquiries about treatments, services, and promotions via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments.
- Maintain client records and assist with data entry in our management software.
- Process payments, manage the point-of-sale system, and maintain financial records.
- Assist with product sales, including providing information on skincare products and treatments.
- Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and professional.
- Coordinate with the clinical and management teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a spa or medical setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with office software and scheduling systems.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

Additional Information:
We offer a strong bonus program based on lead conversion, in addition to base pay. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively, especially in managing and following up with client inquiries.
