Overview:
Join Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery as an Independent Medical Sales Representative and play a key role in connecting patients to life-changing cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. This is a high-visibility, commission-only 1099 contract role, offering the opportunity to educate and connect patients seeking plastic surgery solutions, while collaborating with a leading medical practice in Charleston.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurse practitioners, and potential patients.
- Manage territory coverage in the Charleston area and ensure consistent follow-up with clients.
- Promote Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery’s vision of providing exceptional plastic and reconstructive care.
- Deliver education and training on surgical procedures and benefits to partners, and patients.
- Uphold Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery's branding and reputation in all interactions.
- Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends within the plastic surgery field.
- Perform administrative functions such as maintaining patient and physician office records.
Background & Experience:
- Preferred: Experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical, medical device, or aesthetics industry with established physician/NP relationships.
- Skills: Proven ability to build relationships, manage objections, and work effectively in a remote, flexible team environment.
- Technical: Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
- Travel: Flexibility to travel locally within Charleston, with occasional evening and weekend work events as necessary.
