Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate aesthetic nurse practitioner to join our team. You will play a crucial role in achieving the highest level of compliance within our practice while delivering high-quality cosmetic treatments, helping our clients achieve their aesthetic & weight loss goals, and ensuring their safety and satisfaction throughout the process. You'll receive cutting edge training from our team of experienced injectors and physicians, who are fully committed to supporting and mentoring you for continuous growth. This position is not for new NPs just getting into the aesthetic field. We are looking for seasoned professionals to lead this team!
What You Bring
You’re a certified aesthetic NP with more than five years experience helping patients see their own beauty.
You have a solid understanding of semiglutide protocols and the importance of post-care for those on a weight loss journey.
You are a heart-first provider, administering care with a clear plan to meet patient goals.
You stay up to date on the latest trends and advancements in cosmetic procedures, maintain certifications in relevant techniques, and are able to educate patients on proper skin care practices and recommended products to maintain results.
You’ve got strong communication skills to build rapport with patients, as well as a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. You have a solid understanding of facial anatomy, skin physiology, and safety protocols.
You love nothing more than to serve your patients well and find great joy in seeing the look on their faces when they see their own unique beauty come through.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their aesthetic concerns and goals.
- Develop personalized treatment plans, including selecting appropriate dermal fillers, neuromodulators, weight loss programs, and other regenerative therapies.
- Administer injectable treatments, such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic injections, with precision and care.
- Administer laser treatments like BBL, Halo, Moxi, and other aesthetic modalities to deliver outstanding outcomes.
- Provide consultations and deliver weight loss and peptide treatment programs with knowledge and compassion.
- Ensure client comfort and safety during procedures by following best practices and maintaining a sterile environment.
- Educate clients about the benefits and risks of treatments, as well as post-procedure care instructions.
- Contribute to a quality work environment by upholding our core values and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Make diagnoses and decisions about the management and treatment of patients.
- Chart review and preparation before patient clinical visit
- Prescribe therapy or medication
- Order and interpret diagnostic test results
- Perform patient education and counseling when appropriate
- Instruct and counsel patients about prescribed therapeutic regimens
- Provide timely responses to patient inquiries
- Regularly attend and actively participate in training and staff meetings.
- Keep detailed records of client treatments and maintain accurate documentation.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and techniques through continuous training and professional development.
- Be willing to excel in your own professional development on your own as well as within the company.
- Collaborate with the clinic's team, physicians, and owners to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients.
- Oversee and lead a team of experienced mid-levels, nurses, and aestheticians to achieve uniform operations, medical care, and excellence in safety and results.
Qualifications:
- Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Colorado.
- Certification as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector with a minimum of 5 years experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with semiglutide protocols
- Proven experience in administering dermal fillers and neuromodulators in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection techniques, including the newest injection trends.
- PDO thread lift experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate care and build rapport with clients.
- Commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends as needed.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.
