Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled aesthetic nurse to join our team. The aesthetic nurse will specialize in cosmetic treatments and procedures to highlight our patients’ beauty and enhance well-being.
You will work closely with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate various wellness and aesthetic care to achieve desired results. As our aesthetic nurse, you will partner with our NP and medical director and be responsible for performing a variety of non-invasive and minimally invasive procedures, including injectables, laser treatments, chemical peels, administering IVs, medical weight loss check ins, and skincare treatments.
In addition to performing treatments, our aesthetic nurses will assess patients' skin conditions, document treatment plans and outcomes, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for clients.
What You Bring
You stay up to date on the latest trends and advancements in cosmetic procedures, maintain certifications in relevant techniques, and are able to educate patients on proper skin care practices and recommended products to maintain results.
You’ve got strong communication skills to build rapport with patients, as well as a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. You have a solid understanding of facial anatomy, skin physiology, and safety protocols.
You’re a savvy Instagram user and have a proven before and after photo base of your work.
You love nothing more than to serve your patients well and find great joy in seeing the look on their faces when they see their own unique beauty come through.

Responsibilities
- Conduct education and consultations about service and product offerings as needed.
- Perform cosmetic injectables such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRP and Sculptra.
- Administer IV treatments to therapy patients.
- Perform various laser procedures for skin resurfacing.
- Perform various skin care services such as microneedling, dermaplaning and PDO thread lift.
- Properly document all medical charts, treatments accurately and in a timely manner .
- Be able to achieve client retention goals.
- Maintain a consultation conversion ratio of 75%.
- Assist office manager or medical providers with administrative duties as needed.
- Assisted with facility clean-up and room turnover for procedures.
- Assist in creating content for the company's social media pages pertaining to before and afters, skin tips and fun TikTok videos to engage new customers. ‘
- Provide timely responses to patient inquiries.
- Regularly attend and actively participate in training and staff meetings.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and techniques through continuous training and professional development.
- Collaborate with the clinic's team, physicians, and owners to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the aesthetic nursing field
- Certified and trained to administer cosmetic injectables such as dermal fillers, and Botox
- Experience administering and removing IVs
- Proven ability to achieve goals, including growth goals.
- Current nursing license in the State of CO
- Consistent employment record
- National certified to administer and provide aesthetic laser procedures. A PLUS if you have experience working with SCITON devices.
