A growing Dermatology Clinic is looking for an exceptional, experienced Aesthetician, where dermatology experience is preferred. We have both full time and a part time position. Our employees must be committed to providing unequaled Patient Care; must have a "Whatever It Takes" work ethic; must be able to multitask and keep up with a fast paced and demanding work environment; and must understand that while individual excellence is expected, they will work as an integral part of our Patient Care team alongside other MAs and our Providers. Being very comfortable with computers is essential and hands-on experience with an Electronic Medical Record is highly desirable. This is a non-smoking, fragrance free, drug free environment. Professional references are required and passing a comprehensive background check and drug screen is a condition of employment.
This position REQUIRES advanced Aesthetician skills. Microneedling, IPL, chemical peels, laser certified are skills that are strongly desired. This position is not for the Esthetician that offers facials, make up artists, lash artists. This position requires advanced skills.
$5000 bonus after 90 days if you pass the 90 day evaluation period.

- Colorado Esthetician License (Required)
- Esthetic laser treatment: 1 year (Preferred)

- Must have Chemical Peel/Microdermabrasion Certificates
- Microneedling Certified/Trained is a plus!
- Laser Hair Removal a plus
- Morpheus 8 experience a plus
- Evolve X, Lummeca, CO 2, IPL Experience a plus
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consultations- meeting with clients and recommending the safest, most effective treatment for the individual client
- Perform skincare services, keeping clients’ safety as top priority
- Scheduling
- Keep work areas, including desk and treatment room cleaned, organized, and maintained at all times
- Charting for treatments, confirm appointments, follow up with previous clients, and return any missed calls/messages
- Inventory Control Management
- Correspond with vendor representatives and technicians to maintain lasers and other equipment
- Client Relations-strive to provide excellent customer service and patient/client satisfaction and successful outcomes
