Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our beautiful med spa. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. YOU MUST have 1) 6 months of experience as an M.A. and 2) 12 months of experience in MEDSPA/AESTHETICS SETTING BEFORE APPLYING.
Epiphany Medspa and Wellness is OC's most personable and comprehensive A-List approved Medical Spa, specializing in Laser Face Lift, Rejuvenation, Face and Body Tightening, Dermal Fillers, BOTOX, PRP/PRF, threads, facials, weight loss programs amongst many others. We are able to personalize the most optimal treatment options for your individual needs, unique to each client, as we are skilled in a variety of procedures and treatments. Our goal is to provide highest quality to bring the most natural beauty for each client. As we offer a list of most modern aesthetics services that improve your beauty and health, we are looking for our next Epiphany Medspa and Wellness Receptionist to be manage our front desk on a daily basis. This role requires working with a passion to improve each client's experience and help the director and the providers in a timely fashion.
AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF MEDSPA/AESTHETICS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
AND
AT LEASST SIX MONTHS OF M.A. EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
Must be responsible for taking all calls during office hours and using effective communication over the phone, chat, and email that builds trust with patients and conveys the values of the company.
Utilize the computer to enter patient data into the correct office schedules and collect the necessary information before and for successful treatment on appointment date.
Average a set number of appointments determined by management each day.
Make outbound calls to potential clients and clients who could not make it to their appointment, to galvanize interest in coming into the office for treatments.
Other tasks will be assigned as needed by the business and you must stay flexible and complete the tasks. $ Base pay plus some discounts for treatments.
Requirements:
AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF MEDSPA/AESTHETICS EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.
Receptionist Qualifications:
Strong critical thinking skills
Strong written and verbal communication Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
Prior experience in SALES a plus
Receptionist Responsibilities and Duties:
Brings value to clients at every opportunity;
Achieves department goals through individual accountability and collaboration with providers;
Actively gains and grows in knowledge of the aesthetics industry and practices;
Uses sound judgement when evaluating potential clients and their need for care;
Answers the phone in a very timely manner to reduce abandoned/ missed phone calls;
Provides guidance and instructions to employees with less experience;
Keeps detailed notes on client interactions to ensure a successful office visit;
Anticipates clients' needs and identifies opportunities that benefit the client;
Supports offices by calling patients that missed appointments and re-books them; Other duties as assigned by providers
Receptionist Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
Receptionist Experience:
At least 1 year in service or sales industry or customer service-related field;
Familiar with using computers and entering data into computers Knowledge of our EMR
Prior experience in aesthetics office a plus but not required
- Prior experience in sales is a HUGE plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
