Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and licensed Esthetician who is also a Certified Laser Technician (CLT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service. This individual will play a pivotal role in providing a wide range of esthetic services and laser treatments to our clients, helping them achieve their skincare goals effectively and safely.
Responsibilities:
· Perform comprehensive skincare consultations and assessments to determine clients' needs and goals.
· Administer a variety of esthetic treatments, including customized facials, HydraFacials, chemical peels, and other advanced skincare services.
· Conduct skin rejuvenation and other laser treatments in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
· Educate clients on proper skincare regimens and recommend appropriate products for home care.
· Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and consent forms.
· Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in treatment rooms and common areas.
· Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in aesthetics and laser treatments through ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications:
· Current esthetician license issued by the Arizona Barbering & Cosmetology Board.
· Certified Laser Technician (CLT) Arizona certification.
· Laser Safety Officer (LSO) certification is preferred, but not required.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an esthetician and performing laser treatments in a medical spa or similar setting.
· Proficiency in operating laser equipment and performing various laser procedures.
· Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment modalities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
· Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
