Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Laserderm Medi Spa
Schedule: Part-Time (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and some weekends as needed)
Job Summary:
Laserderm Medi Spa is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a key member of our front desk team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our spa’s operations and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Greet clients warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in/check-out procedures, and address any inquiries or concerns with professionalism.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage and coordinate client appointments using our scheduling software, including booking, rescheduling, and canceling appointments as needed.
- Phone and Email Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails promptly, providing information about our services, addressing client queries, and transferring calls to appropriate staff members.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties such as maintaining client records, processing payments, and ensuring the front desk area is organized and presentable.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients have a positive experience from start to finish. Address any issues or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and practitioners to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Spa Operations: Assist with inventory management, including tracking supplies and restocking as needed. Support daily operations and ensure adherence to spa policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred. Experience in a spa or medical environment is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using office equipment and software, including scheduling systems.
- Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Friendly demeanor and a professional attitude.
- Availability: Flexibility to work three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and some weekends as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting of light to moderate weight (e.g., office supplies).
