Position Overview: Our Medical Aesthetician position offers a unique opportunity for professionals with exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for skincare. Schedule: Part or Full Time position available (3 to 5 patient days)
Salary: Starting salary based on Experience
Earning potential with Results Based Incentive up to $100k
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with various skin conditions, utilizing advanced dermatological equipment and procedures.
- Perform minimally-invasive cosmetic procedures such as HydraFacial, radiofrequency microneedling, body contouring, laser hair removal, chemical peels, extractions, dermaplaning, and lasers.
- Maintain high ethical and professional standards in patient care, working independently while collaborating effectively with our dermatology team.
- Educate patients on skincare practices, home routines, nutrition for healthy skin, sunscreen use, and recommend suitable products.
- Support Skin Dermatology's cosmetic initiatives including social media, promotions, VIP Rewards, and Monthly Membership programs.
- Ensure equipment maintenance and assist in operational areas of the practice as needed.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a licensed esthetician program.
- Active Massachusetts Esthetician License.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in a medical office or spa setting as an Aesthetician.
- Proficiency with HydraFacial (2+ years) and Laser procedures (2+ years).
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits.
- Experience in Plastic Surgery, Surgical, Mohs, or Medical Spa environments is advantageous.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
