We are looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to conduct Good Faith Exams virtually for all 5 locations. Patients who are receiving medical treatments for the first time require medical clearance from an Advanced Practice Provider prior to receiving treatment.
Requirements:
- Valid state of IL NP or PA license
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a quiet environment
- Access to a Zoom capable device, PC or iPad, to conduct virtual consults at your home
- Previous experience with aesthetic procedures and products is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual consultations alongside Aestheticians to determine eligibility for advanced skincare and laser/light services at SpaDerma
- Conduct virtual consultations alongside RN’s to determine eligibility for neurotoxin, dermal filler and biostimulatory injectable services
- Consult with patients in regards to treatment complications, pre and post care instructions, side effects, and adverse events
- Answer questions from Aestheticians regarding candidacy for skincare services offered at SpaDerma
- Call in prescriptions for patients; common prescriptions include anti-viral medications, antibiotics, and topical & oral steroids
- Chart consults and other patient interactions in Dr. Chrono, our Electronic Health Record software
- Schedule consultations in Boulevard, our booking software
- Work closely with the Clinical Director to handle advanced patient complications
- Document completed and missed consultations, communicate compliance with consultations to management teams
Hours:
- Part-time, approximately 30 hours/week
- Availability would need to include: Tuesdays 9am-1pm, Wednesday 3pm-9pm, Fridays 9am-8pm, Saturday 9am-5pm

Compensation: Hourly - $35/hr
