Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate local Nurse Injector to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience in administering injectable treatments. This role is crucial in providing high-quality patient care, enhancing the aesthetic and therapeutic outcomes for our clients. The Nurse Injector will work closely with patients to understand their needs, educate them about procedures, and ensure their comfort throughout the treatment process.
Duties
- Administer injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and expected outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patients for any adverse reactions or complications post-injection.
- Stay updated on the latest techniques and advancements in injectable treatments.
- Provide support in urgent care situations as needed.
Skills
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Experience in urgent care and acute pain management is preferred.
- Familiarity with ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation.
- Experience working in an operating room (OR) setting is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
