Here at Glow Envy Med Spa we are looking for an office manager/executive assistant with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, has a great attention to detail, and loves working with people.

REQUIREMENTS
Among other things, your responsibilities will include:
- Checking clients in and out of their services
- Answering phones to book appointments and handle patient requests
- Calling clients to confirm appointments
- Managing social media accounts
- administrative duties
- office management duties
- executive assistant duties to assist the owner
The position requires:

This is a 32-40 hour per week position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
