We are currently seeking a part-time & full-time, some weekends during the month, self-motivated front desk associate for our Scottsdale location.

Job Responsibilities of the Front Desk Associate
Greet customers with a smile
Schedule customer’s spa services while implementing proper procedures
Informing technicians and teaching staff of daily schedules and/or adjustments
Resolve guest challenges
Performing other duties such as setting up rooms for day, pulling charts and other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements of the Front Desk Associate
Neat and tidy in appearance
Professional attitude and work ethic
Must possess proficient computer skills (Meevo experience a plus but not required )
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills in a face-to-face capacity
Prior spa and retail skill sets are a must!
Must have a positive, "can-do" attitude, be a team player and a fast learner!
Weekends are required.

Job Type: part-time & full-time (start at 20 hours per week and quickly move to 40 hrs. per week)
Salary: $18.00 per hour BONUS occasional laser treatments & injectable treatments
